These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and 90ok ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). - You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. It is an offence to knowingly provide false information regarding your age. Accounts found to belong to users under 21 will be closed immediately and any balances may be forfeited.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether imposed voluntarily through the 90ok platform or through any other gambling self-exclusion scheme — at the time of registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
- Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 90ok platform. Duplicate accounts, whether registered under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment details, are strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
- You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 90ok complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
2Account Registration
To access the full features of the 90ok platform, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials.
- During registration you must provide your Bangladesh mobile number, a secure password, and any additional information requested for identity verification. All information provided must be truthful and current. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
- Your registered mobile number is your primary account identifier and login credential. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and must not share your login details with any third party.
- 90ok reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued identity document and proof of registered payment method ownership. Failure to provide KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
- You must notify 90ok immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. 90ok will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your login credentials.
- 90ok reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification procedures on any account at any time, including during withdrawal requests. Enhanced verification may include requesting additional documentation or a brief account hold while verification is completed.
3Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 90ok platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 90ok accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the payment methods listed on the platform at any given time.
Deposits
- All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay must originate from the mobile wallet number registered to your 90ok account.
- 90ok reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits and to amend these limits at any time. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of making a deposit.
- 90ok will not be held responsible for delays in deposit processing caused by the user's payment provider, network connectivity issues, or circumstances outside 90ok's direct control. If a deposit is made but does not reflect in your account within a reasonable time, contact support at [email protected].
Withdrawals
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the 90ok support team. Withdrawals to a different payment method may require enhanced KYC verification.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to verification. 90ok reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or resolution of any bonus wagering requirement that has not yet been met.
- 90ok does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges. 90ok has no control over and bears no responsibility for charges imposed by third-party payment providers.
4Bonuses and Promotions
90ok may offer bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each offer, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The general bonus conditions below apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
- Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

- Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, exploiting technical errors, or colluding with other users to manipulate bonus outcomes, is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
- Free spins, where offered, are awarded to specific slot titles as stated in the applicable promotion. Free spin winnings are typically subject to a rollover before they can be withdrawn; the applicable rollover will be stated in the promotion.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new users only and may only be claimed once per household, device, and payment method. 90ok reserves the right to determine whether a welcome bonus claim constitutes an eligible first-time claim.
5Game Rules and Fair Play

7Prohibited Conduct

- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited.

- Any attempt to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or display glitches for financial gain is prohibited. Any winnings derived from a known technical error must be reported to support and may be voided by 90ok.
8Account Suspension and Termination
90ok reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to the following circumstances.
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or KYC obligations, may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice. 90ok will notify the user of the suspension by the contact details registered on the account.
- Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited at the discretion of 90ok, particularly where the breach involves fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
- Users may close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any outstanding balance in cleared funds (not subject to pending wagering requirements) will be returned to the user's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
9Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 90ok shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other financial loss. 90ok's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
90ok makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of game or odds data, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in periods of unavailability for which 90ok accepts no liability.
10Amendments to These Terms
90ok reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where an amendment is material, 90ok will endeavour to notify registered users via their registered contact details at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting support.
11Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which 90ok operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the 90ok support team will be subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out in the applicable governing law. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladesh law.
